What is the KNEE PACK?

A hot and cold pack intended to provide temporary pain relief around the knee. It may also be used on the thighs and arms.

Filled with our blend of 100% natural herbs the Knee Pack provides combined benefits of a regular Hot and Cold Pack and Aromatherapy. The uplifting and soothing aroma help relieve tension and stress, promote relaxation and overall wellness.

The Knee Pack may be used Hot or Cold depending on your needs and preference. Use it hot to relieve muscle aches, minor joint pain and stiffness. Use it cold to relieve pain due to sprains, joint pain and reduce swelling. The pack can also be used on the thighs and arms.

Designed with two Velcro straps to hold it securely in place, you can continue with your day without noticing you have it on.

Apply KNEE PACK on desired area for relief. Do no apply directly on skin. Repeat as necessary, 10-30 minutes application recommended. Use caution when applying on sensitive parts of the body. When using on children adult supervision is advised.

To Use as Hot Pack:

Use to relieve muscular and minor joint pain, reduce stiffness and fatigue, and promote muscle relaxation.

Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Heat on high in Microwave for 1 minute. If pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 30 seconds. Do not overheat product.

For Moist Heat:

Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.

To Use as a Cold Pack:

Use to relieve pain due to sprains and injured muscles, reduce swelling and relieve pain associated with joints and tendons.

For effective cold use, put pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Caution: For external use only. Use as directed. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product. Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.

Storage: When not in use keep the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 minute and then store inside the freezer as instructed.
