What is the Spine/Back Pack?
A multipurpose design intended to relieve lower and upper back pain. The Spine/Back Pack measures approximately 16.5" x 8" and can be placed along the spine and the lower back and/or abdomen for temporary pain relief.

Filled with our blend of 100% natural herbs the Spine/Abdomen Pack provides combined benefits of a regular Hot and Cold Pack and Aromatherapy. The uplifting and soothing aroma help relieve tension and stress, promote relaxation and overall wellness.
The Spine/Abdomen Pack may be used Hot or Cold depending on your needs and preference. When used hot it is effective in relieving muscle aches and pain, menstrual cramps and reduces stiffness. Use cold to relieve pain associated with joints and tendons, reduce swelling and relieve minor burns and bruises.
The Spine/Back Pack is easy to use. Secured with two Velcro straps you can comfortably walk around with it at any time.
To Use as Hot Pack:
Use to Relieve Muscle and minor joint pain, Relieve menstrual cramps, and reduce stiffness.
Prior to heating, remove all paper, staples and plastic packaging. Heat on high in Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. If pack is not warm enough, add 15 seconds heating time. If microwave does not have a turntable, turn over the pack halfway through heating process to even out temperature on the entire pack and avoid hot spots. To reuse after application, reheat for 45 seconds. Do not overheat product.
For Moist Heat:
Prior to heating, mist fabric lightly with water. Do not saturate product. Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
To Use as a Cold Pack:
Use to relieve pain associated with joints and tendons, reduce swelling and relieve minor burns and bruises.
For effective cold use, put pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.
Caution: For external use only. Use as directed. Overheating the pack may cause burns and will damage the product. Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients. If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Storage: When not in use keep the pack inside a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer. Prior to first storage, heat the pack in the microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes and then store inside the freezer as instructed.
