Q. What is your Sales & Return Policies:
A. Nature Creation Sales and Return policies are designed to provide the best experience of shopping on our website. Please review the details of the policies in our Sales & Return Policy Section.
Q. Can I ship the products to an alternative address other than my billing address?
A. Yes, you can do that during the checkout and complete the delivery address section. However, we still require all customers to complete the billing address. We take this measure to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card frauds.
Q. Do you accept personal check for payment?
A. Currently we only accept credit card for online purchases. If you prefer to pay with other payment methods, please contact our Customer Service at 1-888-250-2010
Products FAQs:
Q. What are the ingredients of Nature Creation products?
A. Nature Creation herbal packs are filled with 100% natural herbal ingredients. They may include Chamomile, Cinnamon, Lemon grass, Peppermint, Rosemary, Spearmint, Yarrow, Yellow-dock Root, and White Willow.
The Unscented products contain Flax Seeds and Wheat only.
The Eye Cover Lavender and Lavender Heart contain Lavender Flowers and Flax Seeds.
The Mint Pillow contains Peppermint and Flax Seeds.
Q. What is the warranty of Nature Creation products?
A. All of Nature Creation carries one-year craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty may exclude abuse, burnt, or damages due to customers' negligence.
Q. How many colors are available to choose? Does each color represent s specific scent?
A. Currently, we have six different marble colors, which include Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, and Red. Different color does not mean different scents of the products.
Q. My product is dirty, how do I clean it?
A. Wipe the pack with a clean damp cloth. Avoid wetting the herbs.
If you have Thermo Shoes or Warm Up Slippers, please remove the herbal inserts first, before washing. It is recommended to wash them in warm water with delicate cycle of washing machine.
Q. How long do I have to warm or freeze the packs?
A. Please refer to the instruction on the box or packaging.
Do not heat Lavender Eye Cover and Lavender Heart products. These products are only for cold application.
If you like to use the products as cold packs, please put the packs inside the freezer for approximately 1-2 hours before application.
Q. How many times the products can be heated or freeze?
A. Nature Creation herbal packs can be heated or freeze multi times at the recommended heating or freezing time.
Ordering FAQ:
Q. Can I change or cancel my orders after I completed the checkout?
A. You may change or cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipment. Once your order has been sent to the shipping company, we cannot make any changes.
If you like to make correction to your order, please contact Customer Service at 888-250-2010. Phones are staffed between 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time on Monday - Friday.
Q. Do you charge any sales taxes?
A. All retail sales are subject to California Sales Tax, which is 8.25% of the purchased items.
Returning FAQ:
Q. Who do I contact, if I need to return the products?
A. You may contact our Customer Service at 888-250-2010 to obtain the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. RMA numbers will not be extended and will be closed upon expiration. You must contact Nature Creation Customer Service again to obtain another RMA number. Once the RMA has been issued you will receive an email explaining what to expect during the return process. If the return is a multiple box shipment the RMA number must be marked on all packages returned. All packages returned must have the RMA number displayed in large bold letters on the outside of the box.
Unauthorized or Unmarked returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense. Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned due to an invalid address, are subject to additional shipping fees.
All product(s) must be returned as originally received to include original packaging, documentation, and all bundled labels. Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage during transit. Product(s) damaged during shipment will invalidate both the warranty and RMA and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Warranty FAQ:
Q. Who do I contact for warranty issues?
A. You may contact our Customer Service at 888-250-2010. Please provide all information on issues of products, so we can thoroughly investigate the problems.
All warranty, exchange and replacements are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available upon testing, Nature Creation will substitute the product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping/ Delivery FAQ:
Q. Will I receive shipping confirmation of my orders?
A. Shipping confirmation will be emailed to the registered purchased customer of Nature Creation. If you do not receive any shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact our Customer Service at 888-250-2010.
Q. How long is usually the shipping time of my orders?
A. All of retail online orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekend/ holidays). Processing time is the amount of time it takes to review, verify and ship your order.
All Overnight-shipping requests will receive priority on the processing time.
All international, APO/ FPO orders may require additional processing time.
Q. What can I do, if the carrier indicated the product was delivered, but nowhere I can find it?
A. Please contact our Customer Service at 888-250-2010, so we can schedule a follow-up on missing delivery items.
Q. The delivered package is damaged or opened, what do I do?
A .Please contact our Customer Service at 888-250-2010, so we can schedule a carrier driver to follow up the claim. Please keep the original box and packaging material, as this will be needed to file a damage claim with the carrier. A replacement will be shipped once the damage claim is filed and we have a response from the carrier.
Q. What do I do, if I received wrong items/ colors on the order?
A. If you believe you received the wrong item/ color in an order, please contact our Customer Service at 888-250-2010 to obtain the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. Once we verified the mistake on the order, we will expedite the replacement items.
Q. What do I do, if I find missing items from my order?
A. Please contact our Customer Service at 888-250-2010.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we do ship internationally. Due to fluctuation of international shipping rates, we cannot quote the shipping costs to you directly. Please complete the shipping quote on the following link International Customers. Our Customer Service will send you an email of the shipping costs accordingly.
